Christmas Gala Dinner 2024

 

The 3rd of December saw members and friends of the Irish Austrian Society come together this year for our annual and long anticipated Christmas Gala Dinner. As always on this occasion, we were delighted to meet and catch up once more. We were joined by our Patron, Ambassador Melitta Schubert, our President Dr. Declan M Downey, former presidents Paul Dubsky and Guy Johnston with their wifes Karin & Helen. 

In his opening speech, Declan thanked Guy Johnston for being our host at the magnificent Fitzwilliam Lawn and Tennis Club. He also expressed his thanks to Ulli, Vice President, for the organisation of the the Gala Dinner. Declan also outlined what events are planned for the coming months and we look forward to those. 

President Dr. Declan M Downey together with the entire committee of the Irish Austrian Society wish all their members, family and friends a very happy Christmas.
